UVGSE Master of Education in School Leadership

Master of Education in School Leadership

The Master of Education in School Leadership is a one-year intensive program for educators to assist in their professional and personal journey to enhance their professional skills and help transform their schools. It is a unique immersive and competency-based program driven by outcome and performance standards, rather than courses or exams. Participation in sessions can be done in a number of ways:  online, in person, or a combination of the two.

The program is designed for UVEI Principal Intern Program candidates and graduates to advance their leadership knowledge and practice through using research-based frameworks to understand their roles in distributing leadership, developing a strong school culture, inspiring and leading change, guiding teacher learning and fostering teacher community, and establishing and sustaining their roles as instructional leaders.
